The Bachelor of Arts in Psychology program consists of 120 credit hours that the student must complete to successfully graduate from the program. Each theoretical course is assigned 3 credit hours, while the field training course is assigned 6 credit hours.

The bachelor's program in Psychology comprises 120 credit hours, all of which the student must complete with a cumulative GPA of no less than 2.0 to successfully complete the program and obtain the Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.

The courses are distributed as follows:

  • Mandatory General Education Courses: 6 courses (18 credit hours)
  • Core Major Courses: 23 courses (72 credit hours)
  • Elective Major Courses: 8 courses (24 credit hours)
  • Free Electives: 2 courses (6 credit hours)

Degree Requirements:
To obtain the Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree from the University of Fujairah, the student must fulfil the following requirements:

  • Successfully complete all courses specified in the academic program, totalling 120 credit hours, with a cumulative GPA of no less than 2.00 (Good).

  • High school certificate from the UAE or its equivalent, with a minimum score of 60%.
