My research in pediatric nursing focuses on improving health outcomes for children through evidence-based care practices. I am interested in exploring ways to enhance pain management, disease prevention, and family-centered care in pediatric settings. By understanding children’s unique needs, my goal is to contribute to safer and more effective nursing interventions that support their overall growth and well-being.
In the field of neonatal nursing, my research aims to advance the care and support provided to newborns, particularly those in critical or intensive care environments. I am dedicated to studying best practices in monitoring, treatment, and developmental support for neonates. This includes investigating how early interventions can improve survival rates and long-term health outcomes for this vulnerable population.
My interest in undergraduate nursing education centers on developing teaching methods that enhance students’ clinical skills, critical thinking, and professional confidence. I explore innovative approaches to curriculum design, simulation-based learning, and mentorship programs that prepare students to meet the demands of modern healthcare. Supporting students in their academic journey is fundamental to shaping competent and compassionate future nurses.
